To operate TrackOfferz we engage a small number of third-party sub-processors. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement with terms no less protective than our own, and each processes personal data only as needed to deliver its service. We maintain this page so controllers can meet their GDPR Art. 28 transparency obligations.

Geolocation
Country/region/city are derived from the IP address locally on our own servers using a licensed offline database (MaxMind GeoLite2). Visitor IP addresses are not transmitted to MaxMind or any other geolocation provider, so MaxMind acts as a data licensor rather than a sub-processor.
Changes & notice
We will update this page before engaging a new sub-processor or replacing an existing one. Network operators on a Data Processing Agreement may subscribe to change notices and have the right to object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds.
